Moorland Ramblings was set up in June 2024 with the belief that everyone, no matter who they are, or where they’re from, has a right to access our incredible outdoor spaces and feel confident to do so.
As such, Moorland Ramblings offers guided walks, navigation training and overnight expeditions.
Being based in the Southwest, this is my primary area of operation (Dartmoor, Exmoor, Bodmin Moor) but I am happy to travel. If this is of interest to you please feel free to contact me at moorlandramblings@gmail.com and we can start a conversation about what you are looking for and the cost.
In addition to the services offered, which can be found here, Moorland Ramblings is a site set up to share my thoughts, photos, walks and general ramblings from my time walking, running and camping in the hills. I hope from this, you may be able to pick up some tips and hints to make your time in the hills as enjoyable as possible, and I hope that my passion for the upland of the UK comes through to inspire.
For a bit more info about me and why the site was set up, see the post (edit: now posts) below.
